Today I chose to do research on how does poverty effect preschoolers. I chose this topic because I have seen several children that are living in poverty that are trouble in school. They are having learning disabilities, social and emotional problems. I have a daycare, several of my students are either TANF or low income. Those students are the students that I have to work the hardest with on learning and teaching them to get alone with others. Also I take to some teacher that have work with students that have come from Head Start and some seems to think that those students are not ready for school.
So far in this calss I have gained a lot of insight about research. My main insight I have gained is looking for relevant resources. I want all my resource to be good resource and not bad. After studying how to look for good resource I think I can find it. But my main thing is would I be able to fine enough information in order to do my research. Any suggestions?
